the pool.

Performance screening

 

Do you want to know how to improve

your performance in the pool, or on

the running track (come to think of it,

any sport/dance)?

 

However, injuries can prevent you from

swimming, therefore less training time,

at less intensity, means a reduction in

performance.

 

No amount of strength training can make you a

good dancer. Dancing ability improves when you

dance. If you are injured, you will be more

concerned about the injury than the

performance. Performance screening helps

reduce injuries.

 

Caroline will assess functional movement such

as swimming stroke, running or dancing

technique and a range of other measurements

such as; range of movement, strength and

posture. This information will be used to develop

specific exercises plans to your needs, to help

reduce injuries and promote performance.
